				New Facilities: Peerless Medical Tubing, Inc. has built two new buildings; one to house our new extrusion facility, one to house our new certified Class 100,000 cleanroom. Each building utilizes green technology. Geothermal heating and cooling systems maintain a constant, comfortable temperature for our employees, while being user-friendly to the environment. Our climate-controlled finished goods warehouse ensures that product is stored at a constant temperature year round. New Equipment: Peerless Medical Tubing, Inc. has new, industry standard equipment in both the extrusion and cleanroom facilities.   We utilize the Beta LaserMike System to monitor and maintain the tight tolerance requirements of our customers. This system is tied directly to the puller/cutter and is continuously scanning the tube (2400 times per second) and making micro adjustments to maintain dimensional requirements. Our cleanroom uses a state-of-the-art filtration system. Two .5 micron HEPA filters ensure the air quality meets and exceeds ISO requirements. The compressed air system used to operate our cleanroom equipment is filtered and dried. Our Quality Control Department uses the state-of-the-art Motic Image Plus 2.0 which allows us to photograph the part being inspected. These digital images can be saved to the computer and emailed to the customer. ISO Certification: Peerless Medical Tubing is an ISO 13485:2003 / ISO 9001:2008 certified company. Experience: Peerless Medical Tubing, Inc. management and staff have over forty years of combined experience in medical plastics extrusion. New facilities, new equipment, and ISO certification are very important, but there is no substitute for experience.
